Pathways to Transfer Private Housing to
Permanent Affordability

This report identifies strategies in Boston to encourage homeowners to transfer their homes into affordability through a range of housing policies and mechanisms. I collaborated on a four-person team that worked primarily with the Greater Boston Community Land Trust Network (GBCLTN), a collective that provides structure for sharing resources, best practices and political power amongst existing and potential land trusts in Boston.
